PfP condemns vandalizing playgrounds anywhere

Playgrounds for Palestine condemns the vandalizing of a playground dedicated to the memory of Grace McDonnell, a 7-year old victim of the Shady Hook School massacre.

Playgrounds are places of joy, refuge, and growth for children, the most vulnerable and innocent segment of any society. As an organization that serves traumatized children living under a brutal military occupation, we are particularly aware of what it means to violate the safe spaces of children.

Our solidarity and prayers are with the family, friends, and community of little Grace McDonnell.
